Ok, stick with me on this...

Top contender for my next bike is an RS. I need to know how wide it is (to determine whether it’ll fit through my side gate as I keep my bike at the back of my property in a alarmed shed/workshop) Triumph website says 775mm handlebar width but it’s not clear if this includes the bar end mirrors

Local dealer not answering the phone so you good people are my second choice :-)

Anyone RS owners, bored and fancy getting their tap measure out? Cheers in advance.

This may or may not help but I’m trying to assist.

I currently have a SV650 which is 720mm bar end to bar end and 840mm mirror tip to mirror tip.

Immediately before the SV I had a Street RS in the same garage. The street took up way more room width wise parked in exactly the same place.

I very much doubt therefore that the 775 measurement includes the bar end mirrors which stick out miles.

Spot on, thanks.
My pinch point is 900mm, doesn't sound too promising. Oh well, I'll either have to put on the 'R' mirros, knock down a bit of wall to make the gate bigger or buy a slightly narrower bike - good excuse for Tuono V4

That 775 definitely doesn't include the mirrors.

I've got some rs bars and mirrors here that i'm going to fit to my bike and it's 780 from the very end of the bar weight to the same on the opposite end.

It's going to be tight but you might be able to squeeze through.

I've got bikes thru narrow gaps by angling the front wheel and doing one bar at a time. Can you do that?

You only need to turn the bars a couple of inches to edge the first bar thru, then turn the other way to get the second thru

I was in a similar position when I got the Africa Twin, I really wanted to keep it in my shed at the back of the house... The bars are 97cm wide, the passageway to the back of the house is 95cm wide... It lives on the drive biggrin

It looks like the bar end mirrors rotate 90 degrees and should be no wider than bar ends?

My gate is at least 10cm narrower than my handlebars and gets parked like this everyday. Bit of a faff for the first few weeks but now I can get it in/out without thinking.
