There's loads. It all depends on whether you want a loud raucous time or a slightly more laid back time. Cronk Aashen at the top of Begarrow is a quiet site away from piss heads and a good spot to spectate from. Douglas is where you'll find the more raucous side.
To spectate using the car, generally you are either inside the course or outside. From the Cronk Aashen Farm you can leave the top of Begarrow and reach Brandywell or Cronk-Biddy. You can walk to the Bungalow from Brandywell. With your car on the outside, there are loads of options. Best consult a map.

There are plenty of places accessible by car, the Gooseneck or the Creg-ny-Baa have parking in fields a few yards away for example. There are some campsites right next to the track, but I don't think any of them make great viewing (I think they tend to be along straights, so you don't see the bikes for long!).
I would recommend the bus service though, there is a special that runs in the morning before the racing and takes you past the viewing points, then brings you home in the evening. Very handy if you're set up near a pub for example!

If you don't fancy camping try homestay instead, you stay in someone's home on the Island (they are still there, it can be awkward the 1st day or 2 then its fine) and end up meeting some really nice people from the Island, done that for 4 years, beats camping if the weather turns sour!
We camped at Glen Dhoo for the full blown TT, it got very, very busy!
We've been going to the Manx and Classic TT for the last five years.
We camp at Peel Council campsite, it has excellent facilities, better than Glen Dhoo, IMO.
It's not on the course but easy access to the course between Ballacraine and Kirkmichael.
Cronk-y-voddy is very easy to get to, it has parking and spectating, (for a fee), and a snack van. You can also get back to Douglas under closed roads.
Loads of eating and drinking establishments in Peel.

You can buy and book tickets, but I would say it’s unlikely to go ahead given the fact that the island currently has no COVID cases for nearly 100 days and isn’t letting anyone in who isn’t a resident at the moment.
Even as a returning resident you have to apply to return and isolate for 14 days. If you don’t you go to prison.
Most locals (not me) appear to want to keep people out for the tine being so I can’t see things changing significantly enough before the end of his year that the TT in June could be planned lroperly

Got to say a TT next year is looking less and less likely as this COVID s
tstorm continues.
At the moment my family can’t even come and visit me on island. There is a clear borders policy which has five stages - we are still on stage four, and there ain’t no TT until we get to stage one. Apparently stage three is based on UK case figures, and we are miles off that yet
