MN does not sound convinced right from the start.

I love the looks of this bike.
I rode F3 800 and liked it a lot (except for mirrors and instumentation), would choose F3-800 over 899 any day, but then decided to keep my Daytona 675 and not switch to F3.

And I see loads of Superveloce 800 for sale. Does not seem to attract any attention this bike.

Is MV in trouble (again)? They have the supernaked, which was not particularly positively reviewed. And that is it.

I think the Super Veloce looks great, its just a bit small when I sat on it. Probably why most of the advertisements include women sat on the bike not blokes smile

MV was bought/invested in last year by wealthy Russians, they are not in trouble anymore, they are just releasing the volume sellers which was the naked Brutale platform whilst they work on next gen F4 superbike.

MV are a niche brand. Sell less bikes in a year than say BMW do in a couple of weeks. Like comparing Aston Martin with Porsche. They really did not sell that many of some models, just tens of bikes. Hence they consolidate and focus on just a few models for now.

That's the main problem. I am 6ft tall and fairly slim and it felt small when I sat on it.

The dealership has always been a challenge in the UK but there are some good ones (Bennetts in Barnsley).

I am lusting for a MV Agusta 1000 Rush. Saw it at the Milan Motorcycle Show last year and cannot get it out on my mind (unfortunately, the price is a bit out of my league for a bike - £30K)

All the triples are a bit teeny for a bigger rider..... my old F3 was just tiny, the Dragster was a bit better but the F4 is a perfect size!!

Dealers are getting better and spares are available. Nowhere near the problems before....

The only issue with the range is that the F4 1000cc is not EU6 homologated anymore or whatever it is so they can't sell it. Can't wait for the next F4 to come out though... my guess is that it'll be hybrid!!

Bennets is my local where take my Brutale 1090 for a service, always great service for a reasonable price.

Im kinda lusting after the Brutale 1000, but then when I had a sit on one, with its clip on bars, it might just be a step too much towards a sports bike riding position for me. The reason I ride a Brutale vs an F4 is because of the comfy riding position, the previous gen big Brutale is nearly upright and roomy, very comfortable to ride. I might have to stick with my "old" model for a years longer.....

I had an F4 and took it to Bennetts and they were really nice people, an excellent dealership. However it was still a bloody long trek to get there, then spend the day wandering around Barnsley's incredible variety of vape shops. I actually rather liked the town centre and market, and there is a cool cat statue thing in the middle of the roundabout just down the road. I like cats.

Anyway, being an intergalactic distance away, quite a few issues and somewhat patchy parts supplies as well as the subtle beginnings of tank bulges made me chop it in for an R1 (which has never ever ever gone wrong).

Im about 30 mins away, but due to work etc I have in the past just paid them to pick up and drop off for service over winter. They dont charge much per mile, its hardly worth the time and me hanging around in Barnsley. A bit more tricky/costly if you are hundreds of miles away.

I think MV have consolidated on dealers since the last time they had financial issues. They are a low volume niche sale though, with few dealers. A bit chicken and egg in that respective...how do you have an extensive well stocked dealer network when each dealer sells a handful of bikes per year....does not add up from a business perspective.

I had an Aprilia over 25 years ago when they were new to UK market and they were the same, somewhere along the way they have got much better dealer support, but still not the same when you compare the big 4 Jap brands.....

For owners you either have to take a chance as your dealer is hours away or im sure many dont bother buying into the brand due to lack of local support.

They're absolutely gorgeous bikes, really living up to their tag line of motorcycle art!

I took the Turismo Veloce Rosso to Scotland and back a couple months ago putting over 2,000 miles on it in three days, with no issues....except a puncture. I was meant to take the Brutalle RR but it fell through last minute.

I'd never ridden an MV before and really liked the bike. I'm 6'1" and 17 stone and I found it really comfy. The info on the screen and the controls are so much more fiddly than the BMWs I thought, it also came with panniers but they totally ruined the looks so I left them at home.

On the ride and looks alone I'd have one if i was in the market for something small and fun. Was a great bike for the NC500 a day.
