Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP’s Valentino Rossi has tested positive for COVID-19 ahead of this weekend’s Gran Premio Michelin® de Aragon. Yam had a load of their guys test +ve and had to confine to barracks recently.
If this goes round Yamaha, it could end their Championship challenge. Fabio needs to keep away from the techs and his teamate!

I'm not sure how relevant it is, but that isn't technically true, but I think Ho Lee Kau's point is still moot.

You get false positives with PCR amplification. No formal studies done, but government guidance document states previous similar studies have cited 2.7% with big error bars. So between 92-97% accuracy, a degree of accuracy much higher than many diagnostic tests.

So Rossi isolates, Ho Lee Kau gets back in his box. biglaugh

What testing is done? The way I read it the "quick PCR test" came back negative but the other test was positive.
