How to derestrict suzuki address 110?
Discussion
So I have a lil suzuki address 110 which is a 4 stroke, 113cc, 16 plate moped. I would like to get a lil more oomph out of. Not necessarily increasing the top speed (however I wouldn't mind that). So it does 60mph on a straight with very little wind (sometimes it pushes 65mph). However up a hill it sometimes drops as low as 40mph which is quite a shame.
I'm not that mechanical but I would be nice to get a bit more oompth from it. I've heard 2 ways of deresticting mopeds. One is by removing the pink/ purple wire and the other is to replace the CDI. My question is where would the wire be on my suzuki address (if it has it) and where could I buy a replacement CDI that will de restrict it (if possible).
I'm open to any other methods however I'm not that mechanical.
Any help is appreciated

As it's almost certainly fuel injected, messing around with ignition wires will cause all sorts of problems, and unlike a 50cc moped it's unlikely to be deliberately restricted, just not particularly powerful.
It is certainly possible to get more speed out of it though but it depends how much you want to spend!
I don't know if they make a power commander for your bike but they can be helpful to improve the fuelling a bit or increase the rev limit, or alter the ignition timing a little... But even then the effect will be limited and probably won't be good for the engine.
You might be able to do something with the clutch, roller weights and springs in the variator.
Potentially keeping the engine running at peak power more of the time and effectively altering the gearing.
I don't know much about it really, but unlike engine modifications you are unlikely to completely trash the bike if you screw it up.
It's also cheaper!

Okay thanks guys. To the person who said I'm doing quite well to get 65mph, on the same straight today I was doing 50 because of the wind
(. Any thanks for the help, I think I'll just wait to do my a2 and get a proper bike
If you don't want to go down the A2 route, a geared 125 is going to give you quite a bit more speed.
(. Any thanks for the help, I think I'll just wait to do my a2 and get a proper bikeI had a CBR125 that I took on semi regular motorway runs, it could eventually creep over 70 but always managed to keep above 60. It was well put together and I had no problems with it, and it had a surprisingly comfortable riding position compared to a YZF125 or an RS125.
Having gears means you can change down for hills to keep your speed up too.
If you've only been riding scooters then it will also get you used to gears before going for your A2.
Good luck

Think you'll struggle to "derestrict" you bike as it's not really "restricted" to start with. Not in the sense that, you have a bike that naturally makes 75bhp from the factory being artificially restricted down to 48bhp. In that instance you can easily remove the restriction to make the bike have the power that it naturally should have had from the factory.
The fact is your Suzuki address is exactly as it was designed to be. As a 113cc scooter with 9bhp from the factory you're getting reasonable performance. To get more you're into the realms of ADDITIONAL perfomance tuning. Some things you might be able to do, most of which may be expensive and pointless, and parts may not be available, but just as a thought experiment:
Make it breathe better, GOOD high flow air filter and less restrictive exhaust. Possibly the most realistic option.
It's injection, so is a re-map possible?
Big bore kit. May not be available. Also, you may push over what cc your licence allows you.
Rebore and oversized pistons, will get you SLIGHTLY more cc but remain under 125.
Higher compression, ether through a head skim or HC piston
More agressive cam
Different engine - does Suzuki make, say a 150/175cc variant for a foreign market like India? Again - licence restrictions...
I can't emphasise enough the "expensive and pointless" aspect of many of the above. Realistically, maybe a nice filter and exhaust will add 0.5bhp (if any), but make it sound a little more racy and the placebo effect can do the rest! If you're not mechanically minded, they're nice easy jobs that you can do yourself and take a bit of pride in.
One other thing - make sure it's otherwise in good nick. Service it well, decent oil, clean filters, good spark plug with correct gap, belts tight and tyre pressures good, etc.
Edit: I also see someone has suggested getting a different 125cc geared bike. That in your case is by far your best option for more power/performance on L plates.
