Leave it alone for a couple of weeks, all the oil will be on your garage floor. Then simply refill

No, all of the oil will be in the sump. At least it's only one drain plug then

I don't think the you tube link for a modern Commando will be much help. I'm no expert on Domi's but it can't be much different to a "proper" Commando. Remove sump and oil tank drain plugs, drain and refill.

Exactly that.

(Mine has been in bits since 1972, though )

There's also the gearbox and primary chaincase, of course.
