2003 Zx6r

hi chaps,

this is a favour for a relative so bare with me I dont know much about the older bikes these days.

he has a 2003 Zx6r...ZX636 A1P....green......owned from new........wait for it......got 1700 miles on the clock .

currently being serviced and having a fresh MOT put on it.

as you can imagine its essentially brand new, has been dry stored all these years and not moved.

he wants to get rid of it, as doesn't ride anymore and his wife isn't happy about him being out on it.

thoughts.......what its worth?? on the one hand its a 2003 zx6, on the other....its a essentially brand new 2003 zx6r.....one for the enthusiast I d imagine......

Price will depend on the model as in 2003 it could have been an A1P 363 run out or the B1 new for the year model. If B1 it'll be worth more. More info neede to suggest a price.

A quick look on ebay shows values from about £2000 upwards but there's nothing close to the mileage of his. I would have thought around £3000 possibly a bit more to the right buyer.

If he isn't in any rush it would be worth starting it at £3,750.

I think £3.5k would be a good deal for him and less than £3k a good deal for the buyer.
