I'm looking at a blade 2 jacket to compliment the trousers I got before Xmas and the reviews on SBS seem to be variable on sizing, some say their usual size is fine, some a size up some more. Has anyone got any experience of this jacket at all?

I have this jacket.. I am 5'8" with a 44" chest I have a size 48. Bit bigger than would normally have but it is to accommodate the shoulder armour... but doesn't seem too big in other areas.... all in all I think it fits well. hope this helps

I'm a 44 so that's good to know, at least the returns with sbs are decent so may go for a 48 and see how it fits, that was also on one of the reviews that going up a couple of sizes was needed.

It's a decent price and can zip to the other rst stuff I have so probably worth a go.

However ... ! Have two pairs of RST boots one a size 43 that are really tight to get on. The other a 42 that feel two sizes too big. Might explain why RST are comparatively cheap

I have an SBS about 15 minutes away so I would usually pop in, not sure if retail will be opening any time soon so at least their returns process is pretty good.

I found i needed to go up a size for the tractech boot, the trousers are a really good fit in my normal size, textile jacket good in a large so far. It does seem the sizing is a bit up and down. I'll need some more gloves when the weather turns so I hope they're open by then.
