Are bike valeting services operating during current restrictions?

It's quite a grey area.

I've had a car valeted last weekend (after a leaky boot seal was finally fixed) and it seems sole traders are still going but some of larger companies have been advised to stop.

One business had notification it had to stop working while another guy was told he wasn't eligible for self employed furlough as he was restricted.

As I say...grey area, according to those who work anyway

PS I'm in East anglia and can recommend a bike valet company if your this way.

A local mobile valeter near me has been doing them - completely contactless getting the customer to unlock the car, then wearing gloves and cleaning everything down etc, seems to be doing ok.

We've had a mobile valeter clean one of the cars on our driveway, dont see why bikes would be any different certainly some are still working

Been off bikes for 20 years now.
How much would it cost for a Sports bike valet?
Do they do detailing, again how much?
I used to throughly enjoy cleaning my bikes!

I hate cleaning bikes. I dread when November comes and I’ve got 7 months of flies and road grime to clean off before I put it into hibernation

I thoroughly enjoy cleaning, detailing and lubricating my bike. Much more so then doing the twice a year waxing on the 3 Cars.

I leave mine until March, no good letting water sit in places over winter.
