Daytona 675

I don't know if this has been discussed on here before, but I only just found out about.
Rumours are Triumph are replacing the Daytona 650 in 2006 with a 675cc triple. Sounds very interesting to me. Designed to fit in the redesigned World Supersport championship rules, 600cc I4 675cc triple and 750cc V2.
I like the looks of it and if they do it well would be very interested in buying one. Been looking at updating my current CBR600F4i for the past few months.
Anyone elses opinion and suggestions welcome.

Yep. Highly likely. 3 cyls instead of the 4 the current 650 is running.

No suggestions that it is being aimed at world superbikes.
Due for unveiling at the paris bikeshow.
