Here's my new baby. Only had it a week and still getting used to the power. (Will I ever get used to the power?)



I haven't seen the change-up indicator yet but since it redlines in first at 106mph, you'd need to be in quite a hurry!!

A change of username required RSV or have you kept the Aprilia too? Just watch it on those Dunlops, you won't get use to the power until you get some pirelli/metezlers on.

Dunlops that bad are they?

RSVR will be prepared and sold. Can't really justify two 1000cc bikes. I just fancied something a bit more user-friendly for a change. Aprilia with 12,000 miles on, anybody? .... Anybody?

R1 has only covered 1800 miles (well 2100 now). It is like a new bike - completely unmarked. Things like the engine components - usually marked over time by water etc - look like they've just rolled off the production line. And at a saving of over £3.5K over the list.

I haven't met anyone who didn't say their '05 R1 (or ZX10) wasn't miles better once they changed the D218s. I had 208GPs on the GSXR from new and didn't like them much, changed to rennsports and liked them alot more, just have had diablo corsas fitted and they are good too.
