try looking here as there have been a number of threads about lowering Street Triples

https://www.street-triple.co.uk

Also after the Speed Triple you may find due to the Street being considerably lighter you may not actually need to lower it

I bought a Street Triple three years back and surprisingly it is quite a low, small bike feel.

Flat foot no problem and low centre of gravity with light weight. The dog bones on lower shock will change the height and there was a lowering kit available anyway but not sure what it consisted of...worth a chat with the local triumph dealer to establish what it consists of.
When I changed the rear shock to a cbr600 version I had to get dogbones made to bring the height back down as the Honda shock is longer and punted the bike up !!!

i have had one of these fitted to my Street Triple for 10 years, as my wife also rides it.

but i bought it used, so didnt need to buy direct.

i know there are a couple of race parts guys that sell them, but you might be able to find just the drag link cheaper than the full kit.
