Unknown connector

Found this connector fitted to a friends bike he has just bought, it is attached to the positive and negative terminals on the battery.
Pretty certain it is not a connector for a battery optimiser as there is one attached to the battery also, is it for heated clothing maybe ?

I corrected your opening post then saw this later post. Due to the unique way that PH is coded you need to put a return between uploading each photo.
