What Did I See?

Rural France, bloke on a trike (could have been 50's or 60's, possibly 70's) It had a rear-facing bech seat that would fit 2 passengers (pillions?).

Nothing else to go on, I'm afraid. It was green.

Ex-military Moto Guzzi Falcone/Ercole? There were loads of these in trike form for all sorts of purposes. An old gun carriage would have rear facing seats.

The wheelbase was a fair bit shorter. The rear of the bench seat was effectively the rider's backrest.

He may be a neighbour or near-neighbour, as I don't imagine he'd travelled far on it. I'll keep my eyes peeled.

Not exactly the same model, but look at the front part of the frame in the video and compare it with your photo.
