My ZX6 forks feels harsh over bumps (oil goes thicker in fork), and engine doesn't like low revs.

Anyone else have similar problems? or cures?

BTW: I am experimenting with running the rear tyre at 2.5 bar instead of 2.8, and the grip is fanstically improved as the tyre actually warms up on a cold road. Comments please?

WElcome to kawasaki carb icing ... well might be , i was out the other night the fork oil should be ok to -0c or something , you will get more grip from a lower pressure in the rear tyre but wear will be increased but in the wet the bike should feel more confident

I have had a couple of bikes and cars that seem to run rough when the temperature is close to freezing, but it isn't carb icing (suffered that as well). Maybe, like me, they just don't like frosty weather.
