retro style jacket but all the protection?

as the title says really im getting back into biking and have always ridden naked bikes id really like a retro-style jacket but want all the protection of more race-inspired jackets id like it to zip to leather trousers as well though I can get that sorted enlighten me as to what's out there guys been out of riding for a few years and have lost touch thanks in advance if it helps I've quite broad shoulders and this seems to be an issue with some of the continental brands

I bought the Dainese Merak, came with a detachable iinner thermal under-jacket.

Have a look at Scott leathers. I have there Venom jacket and leather jeans. Highly rate them.

i have a dainese stripes brown jacket which i love but really want the black version or similar, will keep an eye on this

You can’t go wrong with anything AAA rated from sports bike shop.

You can do safer with EN 13595 from BKS Made-To-Measure

No doubt but it does come at a cost.

I’d probably go Astars airbag and a suitable AAA jacket (zipped to equivalent leather jeans) if I was throwing money at ultimate safety.

My response was in relation to the thread title "... but all the protection". If that really is what the OP wants, then kit made to EN13595 is the only option but, as you rightly point out, it's going to costs.

Have a look on the sportsbike shop website.

They have a good filter function on their website, select the filters that match your needs and see what’s available.

I just ran a quick search for Leather, heritage style, full zip, unisex and it pulled up this (amongst others) which matches some other suggestions on here and seems to be along the lines of what you’re after? And at a fraction of the price too.

I have a Rev'It! CR leather jacket in black. Not sure if they are still made but ticks all your boxes, and being a Dutch firm their sizing is more realistic than the Italians.

+1 for Rev it. Stupid name & some of their stuff comes with child like logos/colour schemes, but decent quality, VFM, & good fit.
