Please excuse this slightly OT post - Was looking for a lid for the car, and fancied a flip front, as thought it would be easier for me, as I wear glasses. Had a look at one of these at lunchtime, and found the chin space a little tight... I know I have a large head, but guess that my head is a strange shape. It was an XL, but the lid was touching my chin. I did like the fact of the flip down sun visor, since I will not be able to have a sun visor on the car.

Anyone know if these 'loosen up' or if the XXL is going to give me any additional space? Any other (cheapish) suggestions for lids welcomed.
