Before I start putting a couple of bikes up for sale to get half way to funds I would need to make a purchase

Has anyone on here owned or even ridden one ?

Looking at the naked and the standard! What are the differences?

Would be a sunny day bike for short runs into the Peak District etc , would it be back breaking or would the stopping and staring back at it make it worthwhile?

55 now ridden since starting on my FS1E ,owned many bikes in between , would kind of see a mission accomplished.

Worthwhile investment?

I haven’t ridden the dominator SS, but do own a new 2023 MY commando 961SP. I’m still running it in so haven’t yet fully exploited performance, however it’s one of the best handling bikes I’ve ever ridden. Its turn in is surprisingly quick! The engine has bags of character and feels quite old school without lacking torque. It sounds incredible even with the standard exhausts.

I’m assuming the dominator SS is similar but more extreme. If this is a big investment for you I’d recommend riding the SP before committing to an SS. You might find it’s more versatile…

Also take a look at Langen if you’re in the market for an exotic low volume British made bike (two stroke so might not be your thing).

Bloody hell, 76bhp from a 250 stroker that is modern emissions compliant is a hell of a feat.

Not that I can afford one but 30k + VAT actually seems reasonable given what you get.

Apparently the engine was designed in Italy and originally had 90+bhp which must have been interesting!

I’m seriously tempted to put an order in. I can’t imagine there is going to be anything like this in future.

The Langdon is a bargain tbh - it’s packed with wonderful little details!
