Apparently, Honda have drafted Franco Bourne into their BSB team to replace the still injured Andrew Irwin for Snetterton, with Irwin expected back for Brands Hatch round

That's great news for Franco but may blunt his superstock title fight, unless he is racing in both classes.

I should imagine some sort of deal was done somewhere along the line to get him onto the Superbike but he could pull double duty i guess

Didn't Charlie Nesbit do both at Cadwell last year? I think it's possible.

Good first race result for Rabat, beat some much better riders. Haven't see the race yet so not sure why some finished behind him but he finished 10th so good result for him.

Fair play to Tito. Credit where it’s due he’s proved me wrong so far this weekend.

Not sure if it's just me, but it looked like he was fighting the bike a lot compared to the other guys, no doubt it'll come to him as he gets used to it but whilst fast he looked very much out of his comfort zone.

I think he was okay until Bridewell clipped him, after that i think he was struggling a bit and lets be fair, this is his first time at Snetterton too.

He’s repaid the faith that McAms showed in asking him to ride for them in that one race and if Bridewell had started better, maybe Rabat would have finished a few places higher. Lets see what today brings.

A heads up if you’ve got BSB booked in on Sky.

It’s on Quest today, channel 144

Yeah Frenchosport will never show BSB when there is cycling AND tennis, despite the fact they are paying BBC for tennis coverage, jeez.

Have to admit I will prefer to watch WEC from Monza, not sure why its on Eurosport, probably because the french love me Mans, and they own the rights.

About Rabat, cant help feeling he is good on that bike as it is basically a big 600, and he was great in oto2 n ot on much else!

Someone needs to take the Replay button away from the editor during the races!

I think last year didn't do him much good, he's looked like he is about to cry all year so far

I think TB has finally got his mojo right and really want it to be his year.

Good rides by Leon and also DK….

I’m starting to think Jason will never take a title, as good a rider as he is, just seems to lack that last little peice of the puzzle.
