New ZX10:

...new R6:

All taken from www.motorcycledaily.com/

..also has details on new Fireblade, VFR, Hornet, Fazer 1000 and Ninja 650R (ER6 with a full fairing)

Apologies if these are old news now - I've not been in this forum for a while, and I've not bought MCN for at least a month....

Should be interesting to see what the aftermarket exhaust guys design for the R6...very Motogp I suspect.

Like the ZX10 from the back and side, but not too sure about the headlights.

Really like the R6 zorst, much better than the current GSX-R 1000 jobbie.

Anybody seen the new Triumph Daytona 675? It is featured in the latest BIKE magazine and looks fantastic.

I've googled but can't find any decent pics of it. Only the spy shots from MCN.

And I like the racing-yellow R1. It's called the R1SP and features Ohlins suspension but it is £15K apparently! Why? My Aprilia has Ohlins on and still comes in at around £11K

You've managed to find a copy of BIKE? They seem to be somewhat thin on the ground, I assumed they had a problem this month.

I subscribe to it. It was rather late this month, though. It has a pull-out feature on the Daytona 675 which looks luverly!

It reminds me of a scalpel-thin R6 in a single colour paint scheme. Very classy. Triumph are really turning out some nice bikes.

My deposit went down this morning. I've had plenty of experience with Triumph sportsbikes in the Canadian Rockies and the handling has always been exceptional. At last they're bringing out a bike that, if the figures are to be believed, will punt out 115bhp at the rear wheel and have noticeably more torque than Jap four-cylinder 600s. Doubtless it will handle faultlessly too. This plus the sheer beauty of the bike were what tempted me.

Have to wait until Feb/March 2006 before I get my hands on it, though.

I picked up this little 06 model the other week for 1K off list... (Triumph ran out of the 2005 ones, so they're punting out next years model early)

Sorry mate that pic looks about at home on this thread as a tramp at a dinner party, that's one ugly bike!

I'm sure it's very good at what at does though, and it's better than mine (cos I haven't got one....yet)

That maybe so , but it's prettier than a BMW (and as quick as that 600 below) only way more practical.

I'd like to see you try and courier on gixxer 600

Me, I go for function over form anyday...
