does anyone have any top tips on taking the wheels off an 202 YZF R1 ie what to do with the brake calipers and what torque settings to use when putting the wheels back on cheers

A workshop manual from halfords should tell you the torque settings and the yamaha workshop manuals are online somewhere.

Personally I'd tie the caliper up with a bit of string so it doesn't strain the hose but without wishing to appear arsey if you can't work that out for yourself do you really think you should be doing this yourself?

If you do decide to go for it I'd get a manual and work through the procedures in that.

Sorry, I can't find the manuals on line but they do exist - I've downloaded the 2000 one. Have a search for bike engined car sites as that's how I ofund the link in the first instance.
