Expensive for something purely for warm dry weather. But the idea of a protective jacket you can still wear indoors without being mistaken for a Deliveroo rider is very tempting.

Couple of years late, I could've walked down the aisle in the check grey blazer.

I don't think this will go with my x-803RS ultra carbon. It may go with my trackies.....

Let's see:
1. one button holding it together at the front
2. no zip to attach it to trousers/pants
3. Class A, which is advised for city use only, so let's call that 30mph
3. aesthetically, the wrinkles where it comes together at mid-back looks terrible in the 360 view

1 & 2 matter when you hit the ground. The armour probably won't stay in the right place for more than 1/4 second.
3 is the bare minimum to pass CE standards. I'd expect better, but maybe you can't hide AA easily in a jacket
4 may just be a poor cut on that particular example - the other images look OK.

Fine for a Distinguished Gentlemen's Ride.

I like the idea, but that's £500+ for one use per year.

Anyone wanting to be that stylish on a bike is likely to be Italian.

And any Italian would be riding in his normal office attire, probably with his helmet hooked over the wing mirror and a cigarette on the go.
