I need to buy a comfort seat to replace the heated one on my 2016 XRT. Its way to hard for me and I have read that the comfort seat is far better. But am having trouble finding the correct part number. Do you know it. Also I have seen the word LOW comfort seat. I thought all Tiger seats were raisable/lowerable anyway? Guess the LOW one isnt adjustable...anyway its the regular comfort seat I am after...

I had a 2018 model but didn't go for the comfort seat as I don't think it was heated. If you can do without that then I think this may be the part you need:

Check your VIN code is covered in the fitment list.

This site may have more seat recommendations: https://www.tiger800.co.uk

Can I jump on this thread and ask what screens you Tiger guys are using? I am picking up a 2017 800 Tiger later this week and the screen fitted is an aftermarket tall jobby with the extra bit of screen at the top. Not sure what I think about it yet! The standard screens look a bit dinky. Is there a good looking & practical substitute that sits somewhere between those two types?

The standard screen (adjusted to full height) on the 2018 model was fine. I never tried any aftermarket screens. A few variables can affect how well they work though such as your height, helmet you use. They certainly make way less noise than the screens I've tried so far on a my Multistrada (the forum thread on that is over 30 pages of replies so it's a bit like a tyre thread!).
