Anyone used them?
Do they pay the valuation sent or chip you massively?

If you don't faint with the valuation then yes, they'll chip you down too.

Try Superbike factory in London.

I sold one to them, decent price.

A guy turned up in a van, paid the agreed price, and took it away.

Tried them with my TMax.. very poor offer. But the worst part is that 10 months after I sold it for £1500 more than their offer I’m still getting pestered to get another quote from them, despite unsubscribing from their emails.

You need to make sure that your bike only has one service stamp too.

Same.

Got a ridiculous low ball offer, laughed and deleted the email, months later despite unsubscribing (Never subscribed in the first place) still getting emails saying they stand by their offer.

Had a friend who was happyish with an offer, when took the bike down tried chipping him on daft little things, he took the bike back and walked away.

Me too, you have to remember they are going to offer bottom book, and you might think your bike is ‘worth’ 10k for example, they’ll likely give you £7.5k for it.

My brother asked for a valuation on his bike from them. They said a number (can’t remember what) then within 10 mins sent another number which was about 2/3rds of the first one, then they’ve been texting him random numbers for the last week since. All of which were/are laughably small. He hasn’t interacted since but they’re still texting him hehe

They don’t buy any bike. 2 years ago, I had to sell my brothers Honda NC750, 21 plate, low miles, serviced and good condition, they declined to make an offer on it.
Sold it through a local bike shop eventually.

I'm in 2 minds, I really can't be bothered with going out and mixing with people and traffic at the moment. Or I might just keep it in the garage.
