Hi,

I'm travelling over to Northern Ireland at the beginning of May for a few days. We're staying near Bangor. I saw that the North West 200 is on that week and would like to spend a day there. I'm wondering if anyone can give me a few hints on having a successful visit to the event? I'd be especially interested to know:-

Where is the best spectating? Is it easy to access?

Travelling north to the event from Bangor, am I best to approach the course from a certain direction to avoid road closures and to access good viewing points / car parks?

Is there a particular day that stands out for spectating?

Any other hints would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
