Help! Shift Rod Measurement Required.
Discussion
Random one, I actually know the length shift rod I need but don't know where to find one.
Converting my VFR800F to a linkage shift as I can't get a comfy position with the lever directly on the splines (smashed ankle when I was young).
Needs to be 140mm between the locknuts, 160ish mm overall, left hand & right hand thread each end.
Can anyone let me know if the shift rod on their bike are these lengths please and I'll buy one. Thanks.

Would just need to order some small M6 threaded stud to use with your current rose joints?

Appreciate that's an option, would need a left hand thread stud & locknut too. Would prefer oem quality to be honest.https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/203005867930?var=503206...
