Hi all...
I need some advice - picture the scene... set of lights, a guy on a large 1000cc tourer slipping down the outside of the traffic and crossing on green lights (just changed - witnesses to prove) and getting t-boned by a 17 YO learner who shouldn't have been there and didn't know her clutch from her brake. No problem so far... then find out insurance ran out mid-May and insewerants people didn't send reminder and then it turns up magically a month and a half AFTER the accident. I agree to accept their offer to re-insure and they basically say *uck-off! Being prosecuted for driving without insurance.. Any suggestions? I have ALWAYS been insured and have a clean license - need it for job too....
Only good point - totalled the car, no damage to me (got leg up in time to stop imminent ankle busting) and rode the bike home... thoughts appreciated.
