Where's the best place to advertise a bike?

I haven't advertised a bike since 1993! I stuck my Speed Triple in MCN in October but didn't get a single call. We're a bit out of the way in North Yorkshire which doesn't help but is MCN still the place to advertise these days? Do bikes ever sell on Pistonheads? I can't see to many on there which appear to have sold.

I had a couple of calls from advertising on here but eventually sold my bike from MCN - I still think that MCN is probably your best bet (or Auto Trader?).

Not a good time of year to be selling though - be realistic with your pricing!
