Hi, I came here mainly looking for car stuff as myself and my bloke are just getting into doing trackdays in our Mk1 MX5 Didn't know there was a bike part to the site as well.
Anyway, I'm 24, been pillion since I was 13 and riding since I was 16. Had loads of bikes, starting on a 50cc 'ped, up through Hornet 600, Fireblade and now settled down with the most perfect machine I've ever owned, my 2003 ZX636 B1H I've had her since new and she really is my baby, I love it to bits and we've been everywhere together, trackdays in Spain and here and rideouts down to Devon included The other baby of the house is our Aprilia RS250. We're both big into two strokes and she's soooo much fun to ride. My boyfriend raced her a couple of years ago and we both did trackdays on her, but as we're both now racing, she's got her road clothes back on so she can come out whenever.
Between us there are 9 bikes in the house

Anyway, my favourites...

The RS250 in her trackday guise with me riding at Cadwell

The ZX636R on Dartmoor and outside the house

My newest bike, the Ducati 600SS which I'm racing this year. She was a project, a complete wreck when we got her and now she looks like this, with the old fairing off the Aprilia strapped on it

The flowers are losely based on a design Rossi used at the Italian GP a few years back I thought it was different, so made a load of stickers up!

Welcome to PH.

What series are you racing the Duke in this year? Seems an unusual, but extremely charismatic choice for a race bike?

Yes I do post on VD Who are you then?

I'm racing the Ducati in a one make series with the Ducati Sporting Club UK. There's two classes, the newer 620cc bikes (either Monster or SS shape)which are for the more experienced riders and the older 583cc bikes which are for novice riders, which is what mine is We're racing all over the country and in May we go to Assen with a Dutch Ducati club....how good is that

I post as "Luke", not someone you are probably aware of! But it's a very distinct bike, and I thought I'd recognised the pics.

You have some very nice bikes there! The flower paint job looks really good - if someone said to me they had a bike with flowers on it I'd laugh, but that looks really cool...

still, doesn't have go faster stripes like MY bike
