I most definately agree, although preferably in red/white.

But........

Rear half looks like the designer ran out of money.........the exhaust or rather lack of, and that number plate holder just stuck in mid air yuk !

There is something not quite right with the look of it. It seems almost 'cartoon'.

Sorry for the down hearted opinion.

I would prefer the CBR600RR or a 749R

No offence, but it looks like every other crotch rocket produced in the last five years, except the tow bar looks a little cruder on this one

They're getting comically minute aren't they? I look like a stick insect on my K1 GSXR600. I think on the latest R6 I'd be knee down in a straight line!

I like the look generally, but agree with others : that back end treatment is truly .
Lose the stupid number plate holder and it would be pretty. In fact - lose the whole 'kin number plate (it fell off officer - honestly )

The reviews I've read have been pretty positive. The only downside seems that it's very focused and might be a pain for day to day use.

I've yet to see a 675 in the flesh - are they as tiny as they look?

Thanks for that! I've read great reviews about it....otherwise I wouldn't have bought one!
In Bike magazine the "tester" said that it wasn't the best bike in each category etc...but at the end of the day he'd pick the R6. Of course it's not for everyone, but I honestly haven't seen a better looking bike, just my opinion of course. Re the reving, it feels just like a 250 or something below 6k, but that just makes it easy to ride around town. Reviews have said it's shite for commuting on, but I've just started this week and absolutely love it.

Rode a 675 last week, bloomin sexy!! Yes its small, but I find all the 600's too small for me so thats not objective. on paper it has a higher seat height than the R6
I rode a 2002 R6 and that wasn't as fun. In the mags there seems little to choose between them, but as said above, the R6 comes across as very track focussed, but that was the aim for the 6, the R1 has been pushed into the road going version to differentiate the two models.

side by side:::
