Sachs X-Road or Honda XR125L?

Looking for a 125 for my 3 mile commute in London, and narrowed my choice down to these 2.
Havnet got a license yet, so a 125 really is my limit.
Any other suggestions, or thoughts on these two would be greatly appreciated. Also Im only about 5'7 so would the seat height be ok?
