What a shame I don't read PB often but he was a top guy and real wheelie-god, my condolences also.

A terrible loss.

I know of him through the PB videos. In particular his Magic Roundabout Helmet.

This is an absolute tragedy. Ronnie was a brilliant rider, a gifter journalist and a very humorous man. If it can happen to him, it can happen to any of us. Deepest sympathies to those who knew and loved him.

This is a bad morning indeed, first I hear about Harrigan and now this. I'd met Ronnie on a few occasions when I raced against him in the UK Endurance Chmapionship, I can say without doubt he was a full on 100% irrepressable loony of the nicest kind, he was one of those people that never sat still and never stopped laughing another sad loss.

Same here, feels like only yesterday I was avidly following his antics on PB magazine every month! I remember Ronnie's exceptional bike skills on big bikes and being that comical character. Couldn't believe when he passed.... and on a scooter out of all things.

23 years ago now...wow. Time and tide wait for no one.

Yep, time flies. Loved Ronnie and Gus in PB and the videos they did. Still got my "Magic Roundabout" Splat Design Ronnie replica.
This was always one of my favorite pictures

Claim to fame here. I was doing my college work experience at Performance Bikes when they did this shoot. I asked if he would take me on the back and do the same thing to which he obliged. They actually used the photo with me in it on the front cover but you could only see my arm.

Great bunch of guys, I was only there a couple of weeks but I have some great memories of it. They loved a luncthime pint...or 3 biggrin

Was that the picture of Ronnie looking at the cameraman through the fairing down the front forks?

I couldn't remember, it was a long time ago since I saw it. It was filed away in my parents loft until they moved house then I presume they were thrown in the bin.
