Isn't the top one up for sale for something like £200K? Think it was built by Dave Kay, the MV specialist and was granted approved by Ferrari to carry the name. That engine does bear a striking resemblance to a 70's 750S MV!

I saw it at the Historic Motorsport Show and thought it looked good- be a bit scared of riding it though!

"Ferrari's only motorcycle at Historic Show!

The one and only Ferrari motorcycle will be among the star two-wheeled attractions at the 2006 International Historic Motorsport Show, which takes place at Stoneleigh, in the UK, from February 24 - 26.

The machine (top picture) was hand built by Kay Engineering over a five-year period - under a full Ferrari sanction - as a tribute to company founder Enzo Ferrari. The unique bike has a 900cc, four-cylinder, DOHC, air cooled engine and is also being offered for sale at the show... for a price of £250,000 - with no offers!

Joining it on display will be Kawasaki's early H2R 'Superbike' (middle pic), which features an air cooled three-cylinder two-stroke factory racing engine, mounted in a Randy Hall racing frame. The 1974 Daytona scrutineers tags are still attached to the frame.

Other leading attractions will be Barry Sheene's 1976 and 1977 world championship winning RG500 Suzukis, a 1964 125cc Honda ridden by Mike Hailwood and Jim Redman, an AJS Porcupine ridden by Les Graham and a Greeves Motocross machine ridden to 250cc world championship success by Dave Bickers.

There will also be a display dedicated to Italian machinery, with motorcycles from the likes of MV, Benelli, Ducati and Paton.

Meanwhile, among the two-wheeled stars already confirmed as attending the show are Giacomo Agostini (lower pic), Phil Read, Mick Grant, Steve Parrish, Don and Derek Rickman, Dave Bickers and Mick Andrews."
