Anyone used Doble Motorcycles?

Just spoken to them and they seem like a good option to get the new CBR600RR.

Not personaly but have heard good things about them, my CBR(FW) came from them when new

I bought my secondhand Ducati 748 from them and my brand new Blade from them.

Had minor irritations with their secondhand sales but could not fault them on the new... also servicing/workshop always good.

The Duc came with a tyre that had been plugged which they did not spot (or even had done?) which blew on the second day I owned it at about 70mph - I insisted they replace it with a brand new tyre which they eventually did. Also they sold the bike with mileage listed as KM when it was Miles - which was substantially more and due a service - but I also managed to get them to cover a service at an official Ducati dealer in the end because of that.... I did have to stand my ground to get it though.

So basically if you're buying a Honda which they know about then fine if you're buying a Ducati from them they have not got a clue!

Did my DAS with them last year. Nice people from the little time I spent there.

I bought my Trumph Daytona off them 3 years ago over the internet for £2500. Just looked at the picture of the bike on the site phoned them up and paid a deposit and then they delivered it to plymouth where i inspected it and paid them the rest of the cash. Never bought a bike like that before but it worked out great.

Mind you as i live in plymouth i have no experience of the after sales care or servicing.

I have used them before...they are OK and a typical main Honda dealer.
I'll let you draw your own conclusions on what that means.

Just don't ever sell them a used bike, they will scalp you on the price (but then any dealer would)
