Just got home from a day a Cadwell, 1st time for me, awesome circuit. Never quite got the hang of the hairpin and barn, loved Hall and the Gooseneck. Had a couple of brown trouser moments cresting the the Mountain. Also got over enthusiastic overtaking someone going into the 1st corner of the mountain and did a spot of grass tracking and cut out second corner, not good for the street cred. Can't wait to go back. Rapid Tracks were excellent would definitely go with them again. Bloody long way from SW London though!!

Not yet, kids broke my small digi camera and I wasnt lugging the SLR up there however if any decent ones from the track photographers (have to wait a week for them to get on their website) I will post them.

Yeah, them corners after the mountain can be a right tw@t. Mess up the first one & not only do you look a complete tool in front of everyone (as that where the spectators stand) but you also mess up the next couple of corners.

Hey ho. All fun.

Good circuit though, ain't it

Did that!!

Enthusiasm over ability.

Top circuit, its difficult to get right so you never get bored. Would go back tomorrow.

Sorry been away for the past few days.

Sadly I am No.23 which makes me look like upright Dave!! However no chicken strips on the tyres.

My mates put me to shame, check out No's 49 & 51 though they were in group 1.

Yeah. When you see the fast boys it makes my efforts look crap.

Cadwell, IMO, is the most exciting circuit in the UK for bikes. Try not to get ahead of yourself at Hall though since there's not much runoff there!

As for the hairpin, just get it round and stay nice and smooth on the next straight to keep the bike smooth for Barn.

Barn is weird, it pushes the front quite hard, but you can get on the throttle earlier than you think and use the track as it opens out.

My fave corner is probably coppice. A truly faaaast corner Mmmmm.
