Mate died last nite, van decided not to indicate at a junction mate had full impact, van decided to leave the scene friend passed away there..................driver caught but won't bring my mate back. We're all just off out to lay some flowers at the scene. Please be careful.

Sorry to hear about your friend, when we where driving back from our holidays last week, we where waiting at a junction and the car on the side road just pulled out and got hit square on the side by a van, as a fellow rider all I could think was what if it was a biker riding along who she had pulled out on

I live near leighton buzzard but work in Plymouth which is where it happened, have now been informed that the van had faulty brake lights and indicators, so therefore they did't work at the time of the accident. Don't bring Dave back but ensures a custodial sentence I hope. Been up to the site today and layed flowers...............

Really sorry to hear this.

Shows how easy it could happen... Went riding with a couple of friends today for the first time - amazed by the way they cruise past junctions at 100mph...

condolences to you and his family. motorcyling is a dangerous sport and this must be remembered. its too easy to get complacent and with idiots on the road no1 can afford to do this. be safe
