I've got one on mine (only because it came with it) and as DtM said, it's just a tad noisier. I know I wouldn't spend money on one.

I am probably going to get one for my CBR600RR. Dont want to attract to much attention but enough noise to give you a smile.

There is allot of info on here: www.cbr-forum.org.uk/

Have you ordered it direct??

Damien thats exactly what I'm after. I didn't go for a race can as I don't want the hassle of being stopped by plod and didn't want to attract too much attention.

I've ordered it from a local dealer who are going to supply and fit it tomorrow.

I have spoken to a couple of people and on the CBRRR it is fairly easier to fit. I am probably going to go for the Mircon Delta +

Which one have you gone for.

Mine is the CBR600 F3 model. I went for the delta titanium oval can in the end after spending ages trying to decide between that and the carbon finish.

I can't imagine the fitting to be too difficult as they only quoted £25 for fitting

That is a good price for fitting, it is obviously more complex with mine as they want minimum of £50+VAT.

Let me know what it sounds like when you get it.

I had a carbon end can on my old GSXR750 and it was OK. On my current GSXR1000 I have a Yoshimura Trioval Titanium and that is better IMO

But ammount of can per £ the carbon wins IMO sod paying £300 for a can , mine cost £100 for a road legal oval stainless , bargain.

I've dropped the bike off this afternoon with the dealer and had a cheeky peek at the can... I reckon it looks sweet but will have to wait til tomorrow to see what it's like on the bike

I'm having the bike serviced and some R&G bungs fitted at the same time

I've got one on my gixxer 750 and it sounds really good its the road legal version can't be arsed with the race can's like you said the noise attracts the law even though the one i've got is a little loud down a quiet street

I got the bike back yesterday, very pleased with it.

Its not much louder than the standard can so I've been trying to take the baffle out (just to hear what a difference it makes) but the bugger won't come out. I'm taking it back to the dealer on Saturday
