Restoring an old Tiger Cub
Discussion
Hi boys and girls,
my good old father in law dug out the remains of his venerable Tiger Cub from the depths of his garage for me recently. I really fancy having a crack at restoring it, where's a good place to start in terms of sourcing bits. They were as common as muck in their day, so I'm hoping I won't have too much trouble. The bike seems fairly complete, but is missing a few bits and pieces.
regards
Julian

Just buy any copy of "Classic bike" or "Classic Bike guide".......monthly, loads of dealer ads in the back......
Ahh! Tiger cub, that brings back memories as I used to have one as a cheap field bike as a schoolboy in the late sixties, I think I paid £6 for it.....
Great little bike with a really nice exhaust sound........
