worth anything?

I have just come across my old (new) speedometer Head stored away for posterity!, it's a brand new (0 Miles on it) Smiths Chronometric Speedo in as new condition, it's even in its original WD box dated 1940 and is painted Khaki, I bought it at an autojumble Years ago just in case till I found I could get my original Speedo Reconditioned when I was restoring my old Matchless,(sic) is it worth anything does anyone know?

I would have thought so, stick it on ebay with a high reserve and see what you get offered for it, would be the best bet
