Mobile CCTV Cameras in Lambeth

I don't know whether this is going to be of a concern to us commuters but there was a very suspicious 'Smart' car with blacked out windows with logo's saying 'Lambeth CCTV' parked at the end of Larkhall Lane where it joins Priory Grove. You can no longer drive down Priory Grove in a car going east from Larkhall Lane but there is a cycle path you can nip down on a bike, only about 10yds worth, this helps cut out part of Wandsworth Road.
The Smart was parked just near the road junction, don't know whether he was having breakfast, a maintenance vehicle (strange type of car though, no luggage space) or something more sinister. If it is the latter then I and the guy on the green ZX6R bought from 'WheelPower' are
