I currently have an AGV Demon Vent helmet that I use for karting (pic in profile) and I need a new visor. Where is the best place to buy one online.

I am in Orpington in Kent and there seems to be no where round here. I bought it in Welling but it is a pain to get to and I might bump into my ex. My weekends are also tied up karing.

Also I have a problem with the visor fogging up on me when racing in the rain and was thinking of purchasing a FogCity insert. Do these work and if so would the company fit one before posting?

Thanks for any help you guys and gals can give

Paul

For starters, www.hein-gericke.com or thevisorshop.com failing that a local bike shop should be able to sort you out. The fog city insert isn't that hard to install BTW.

Yes, if you don't wear glasses. Well, yes anyway but it doesn't stop your glasses steaming up. I wouldn't get it fitted before shipping to you as they scratch pretty easily.

Why don't you just phone up Aye Gee's give them a credit card number and get them to post one out ???

Oh and duck tape across the ridge of your nose to direct your breath down and out the vents works wonders, the Bob Heath visor spray is crap but nip into a sports shop or swimming pool and try the Speedo anti mist goggle drops they're great.

I have got the exact same helmet and I bought an iridium visor from www.racevisors.co.uk for £40 and am well impressed with the quality.

Hope this helps,
