Looks lovely. If that doesn't motivate you to get DAS out the way, nothing will.

I picked up my second bike recently, a 2002 Aprilia Falco. Not as much of a looker as your beauty, but since the first owner splashed out on an suspension setup by by MC Technics, the ride is just fabulous. She's perhaps not up there with modern super bikes, but the motor feels seriously torquey compared to my baby SV. Really looking forward to a trip around Europe on her now.

Steve.

Looks good Holly. Always liked the VFR's. Lovely looking bike. Let me know if you want to meet up in Leamington for a gentle ride out. Has your other half got a bike too?

Cheers
Matt

P.S, here's mine..........

Mmmm

Yeah my other half has a VFR400, My friend has bought this week a urm.. VFR400!

Once I get my DAS sorted out and have a wee bit of experience a ride out would be fab!

Do you ever go to the meet at the Waterman in Hatton?

Hi Holly,

Certainly do go up to the Waterman. Not every Wednesday, but a couple of times a month at least. We often go to Bassetts Pole on Tuesday nights too, as it's more of a ride out. Get your DAS sorted and if the "400" club allows it, we'll meet up!

Cheers
Matt

thier a really good bike i had the RVF(which is down on power to the VFR) when i was 17 and they have great handling and if youve only ridden smaller bikes before are still very fast and great fun, in my opinion you cant get a better first sportsbike than a VFR/RVF you definatly made the right choice because the other 400s just arnt as good.
edited to add a race pipe is compulsory on them because a V4 revving to 15000 RPM is a lovely sound.
