Hope you all had safe journey's home last night (apart from the Kwak in the other thread)
The A316 at Apex corner was abysmal. There was a car stranded on the slip road with water about a third the way up the door
and no one able to get off at that exit.
On the brighter side, seeing the 'ride my scooter in shirt & trou' brigade getting an absolute soaking made me chuckle!

Typical I came with full gortex waterproof kit to work yesterday and managed to miss everything. It didn't even rain in East London. Though was nice to actually have a journey home where I wasn't boiling in the bag yesterday evening.
I agree I do find the very fact certain ppl are ill prepared for upcoming weather somewhat funny.
