Mini Moto things

Am I getting old or just grumpy ?

Round where I live there is a nice park (Hillside sun trap, football pitches, kids play area etc), but for some reason there is a big increase in young lads riding very old scrabblers or Mini motos. They have no license, no insurance, no helmets and for some bikes that just about run (but not always stop). They race up the road to the park and only by the grace of god haven't as yet been hit by a car and with no insurance you know the rest. There are 3 of my neighbours that ride bikes as well, one a hand painted Bandit, well more painted with Dulex and a brush, but we all get comments about biking from others because of these lads. The coucil to give them their dues have tried to get a place for them to ride but it got so little interest from the Mini Moto chaps that it's now closed.

What do you do?

Call the cops. Wasn't there a big news story a couple of weeks ago about a clampdown?

Agreed. Call the five 0s, and preferably give a description of the offending scrotes.

They are indeed clamping down on yoofs on mini motos now.

Yeap, i seem to remember on the TV the BIB saying they will confiscate the bikes and crush them. I thought of a mini moto a long time ago to use on a go-kart track. Time and a place!!!
