Had an entertaining ride home (Not!), with a very soft rear tyre. At one point I had to pull over because it was tramlining so badly I thought it was completely flat!

Couldn't believe the tyre guage when I got home. The rear is supposed to be 41-42psi, it was down to 27...

I'll be checking this more often now! I guess that's complacency for you...

Who does a good track stand and bobbins, so I can adjust the chain and stuff properly.

Not a paddock stand as such, but I recommend the Abba stand that attaches at the swing arm pivot points. Pricey compared to a paddock stand, but rock solid when you're working on the bike.
