The front end on that 1200 looks like a cross between a CBR600 and a Triumph Sprint. Mind you I never thought the 916 series was particularly magnificent either. Guess that's why I'm an engineer and not an arty farty type.....

No, what i meant was I clearly don't have much of an eye for style.... Just never liked the look of the 916s. I did (do) like the 999 series though, and popular opinion seems to be against them.

Nobody else think the front of the 1200 looks like a Triumph Sprint though?
