Bikers with style will be relieved to hear a new range of reinforced jeans are now available that not only do the job but look good too.
French company Esquad have used a fabric that is at least as strong as leather but has the appearance, suppleness and permeability of denim.
The fabric, Armalith, is normally used by defence, offshore and space industries with Esquad claiming bikes can ride in complete safety using these jeans.
Each pair of jeans is reinforced, contains a heat shield, and is ventilated and washable for easy use.
There are four designs available the Classic E-Chimede for women and E-Stein for men and Technik E-Rwin for women and E-Strong for Men.
The jeans will be available at the EICMA International Motorcycle Show in Milan from Tuesday, November 14 to Sunday, November 19.
I wonder when we'll get sight of them in the UK ... ?
