Bike back together but clutch is acting up....

Hi All...

Managed to finish the bike repairs (I say me but my friend has done 99% of the work) this evening which is great... Fired her up and all was good - started first time and electrics all working. Feel ill now as I didn't open the garage door so have fumed myself up

However, as soon as I put the bike in gear (first or second), the engine cuts out Any ideas what could be causing this? The crash was a low side so the bike didn't suffer a huge impact.
