Gixer 750's gonna go but what next?

I've been toying with the idea of selling my Srad 750 gsxr as its just so uncomforable not only for me but also me woman after around 50 odd miles don't get me wrong i love the bike its just so quick.

So what's the best bet i want perfomance and comfort all for around £2700 and must be at least 750cc min your comments would be gratefully recieved as i really don't know what to go for
