ZZR1100 engine parts required

Anybody have or know where the best place is to source the following kawasaki items:

Front and rear water inlet / outlet pipes with O rings
Water pump adaptor (to attach hose onto pump)
primary exhaust pipes to suit clubsport
Engine sprocket and retainer

Also the part that looks like a tower and the alluminium attached plate (what this is called and does can anyone advise?) - the spare engine came with a dry sump but without this part?
